Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Expert Repair Hub website and the appliance repair services we provide. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Expert Repair Hub is an independent home appliance repair and maintenance service. We arrange for a technician to visit your home, inspect the appliance, and carry out repairs where possible. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer unless expressly stated.
Booking and Pricing
When you book a service, a visit and diagnosis charge may apply, which will be communicated to you before the technician arrives. After inspection, the technician will share the estimated repair cost, including any spare parts required, for your approval before proceeding with the repair. No repair work will be carried out without your consent to the quoted price.
Payment
Payment for completed services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods indicated by our technician or listed on our website at the time of booking.
Spare Parts
Where a spare part is required, we aim to use genuine or brand-compatible parts. Availability may vary by location and appliance model, and in some cases a part may need to be ordered, which can affect the repair timeline.
Service Warranty
Repairs carried out by our technicians are covered by a service warranty on the specific repair performed, as communicated to you at the time of service. The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage occurring after the service.
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled time to grant access to the appliance, and provide accurate information about the issue when booking, to help us assign the right technician and parts.
Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care in performing our services, Expert Repair Hub shall not be liable for pre-existing faults, damage arising from misuse of the appliance after service, or indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
